Moon, also the former secretary general of the 2011 International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) World Championships in Daegu, will discuss how Pyeongchang will contribute to the Paralympic Movement when they stage the Games in five years' time.

Following a highly successful edition held during London 2012, the Campus targets major event organisers and provides behind the scenes insights in to the planning and operation of the Paralympic Winter Games. 

It is split into two distinct sections consisting of the Games Experience Programme (GEP) and the Observers' Programme.

The GEP is to provide a better understanding of the complex delivery requirements of a major event, while the Observers' Programme offers opportunities to meet and hear from those involved in the planning and delivery of Sochi 2014.

The IPC Academy has also confirmed that Jay Kriegel, senior advisor to Related Companies, US Paralympian Muffy Davis and Lev Belousov, chief executive of the Russian International Olympic University (RIOU), will be among the other speakers.

Kriegel will present a talk entitled "What you are left with after you don't succeed", which draws upon his eight years' experience as executive director of New York City's ultimately unsuccessful bid to host the 2012 Games, while Belousov will speak about "crafting an educational legacy for the people of Russia".

Davis, meanwhile, a winner of four Paralympic Alpine skiing medals at the Nagano 1998 and Salt Lake City 2002 Games and three cycling golds at London 2012, will speak about what it means to compete as an athlete.

Sir Martin Sorrell, chief executive of the world's largest communications group WPP, will headline the Campus when he speaks about the opportunities available to the Paralympic Movement over the coming years.

Also announced last month as a speaker was Canadian five-time Paralympic ice sledge hockey player Todd Nicholson, who won gold at the Turin 2006 Games and is also the chairman of the IPC Athletes' Council.
