The Professional Squash Association (PSA) has announced a "multi-year" agreement with Eleven Sports Network, which will see the sport broadcast in both Singapore and Taiwan.

The agreement means that the semi-final and final stages of all PSA World Series tournaments over the course of the deal will be shown live, in addition to extended tournament highlights.

Squash will feature alongside other top-class sporting action, including NFL, NBA, MMA and ATP Tennis, but the exact length of the deal has not yet been defined.

"We are pleased to have signed a deal with Eleven Sports Network which will allow us to enhance our visibility and exposure in both Singapore and Taiwan," said PSA chief executive Alex Gough.

"The addition of Eleven Sports Network to our portfolio of major networks, that already features major organisations such as Eurosport Player, BT Sport, beIN Sport and more, will strengthen our profile and reach across Asia, exposing the sport to a new audience in an emerging market."

Eleven Sports Network Asia Managing Director, Joyee Biswas, added: “We are delighted to add professional squash to our content offerings on Eleven Sports Network. We identify with the dynamism of the sport and are confident that the fans in Singapore and Taiwan will resonate with this top class sport."

Mohamed Elshorbagy this month held onto his number one ranking in the PSA World Tour rankings.

The Egyptian has now lead the rankings for an eighth successive month and 21 months overall - equalling the time that fellow Egyptian Ramy Ashour topped the rankings between 2010 and 2013.
