USA Curling have formed a partnership with nutritional supplements producer Thorne Research.
Members and followers of the national governing body for the sport in the United States will be able to buy products from the company through a special online portal.
This will be made available via USA Curling’s website.
The deal will also see financial contributions given to the sport through every product sold.
As part of the deal, Thorne Research will provide support to the team members involved with the governing body’s high-performance programmes for the Pyeongchang 2018 Winter Olympics and Paralympics.
The US have won just one Winter Olympic medal in curling.
It came during Turin 2006 when the men’s team led by Pete Fenson beat Great Britain 8-6 in the bronze medal match.
They have tasted more success in the World Curling Championships, where the US have won three titles.
However, the last of these came in 1976.
The country's best result in wheelchair curling at the Winter Paralympics was a fourth-place finish at Vancouver 2010, when they lost the bronze medal match 7-5 to Sweden.
