Hosts Spain enjoyed another successful session as the European Fitness and Bodybuilding Championships continued in Santa Susanna.

The home team won eight titles in all at the Florida Park Hotel.

Spanish winners included Juan Machado, who won the overall master bodybuilding title, and Pedro Gallardo who was triumphant in the overall junior bodybuilding division.

Javier Moreno came out on top in the junior middle men's physique, and Gallardo won the junior under-75 kilograms bodybuilding crown.

Success for Spain continued with Julio Porter winning the masters under-80kg bodybuilding title for those aged between 40 and 44.

The country then won the master 45 to 49 crowns in bodybuilding at under-90kg and over-90kg, thanks to Jose Luis Castano and Machado respectively.

Oscar Marin won the under-80kg crown in the masters 45 to 49 bodybuilding competition.

Other major titles decided included the overall men's physique crown which went to Renatas Suleimanovas of Lithuania.

The junior equivalent was won by Germany's Destine Obakhavbaye and the masters title went to Antonio Damiano of Italy.

Olga Kulinych of Ukraine won the overall welness crown and Russia's Elena Rakcheeva clinched the overall master bodyfitness title.
