Taekwondo Canada is looking to appoint a female trainer for this year's World Poomsae Championships.

The successful candidate will work at the flagship World Taekwondo event between November 15 and 18 in Taiwanese capital Taipei.

According to Taekwondo Canada, they are looking for someone who "develops team unity by being a positive role model and provides positive leadership for athletes/staff/coaches before and during the Championships".

Other requirements are a "willingness to share knowledge and experiences with all team athletes and coaches" as well as committing "the necessary time, effort and sacrifice needed to support team and athlete development".

The trainer must also "care to ensure that the team environment is respectful, positive and focused on excellence and podium results".

They must boast a "demonstrated understanding of athlete development principles".
