Japan's Miyabi Onitsuka won her second consecutive slopestyle International Ski Federation (FIS) Snowboard World Cup at today's event at the Austrian resort of Kreishberg.

Onitsuka had been victorious in the slopestyle FIS Snowboard World Cup season opener at Secret Garden last month and secured her second consecutive win in Kreishberg.

The 20-year old scored 85.33 points to top the leaderboard, beating Austria's Anna Gasser, who had led qualifying event yesterday but who could only achieve a score of 85.10 to finish second today.

Norway's Silje Norendal came third with 67.81 points.

Onitsuka's win consolidates her lead in the overall World Cup rankings combing results from this season's big air, half pipe and slopestyle events.

She now has 4,400 points, ahead of her compatriot Reira Iwabuchi on 3,650 points and Gasser on 2,400.
