Bronzes went to Kayhan Ozcicek-Takagi of Australia and Uzbekistan's Mukhammadkarim Khurramov.

World number 55 Sven Heinle of Germany  was the last man standing in the men's heavyweight over-100kg category as he defeated Tashkent Grand Prix bronze medallist Yerassyl Kazhybayev of Kazakhstan.

The bronze medals went to Andril Kolesnyk of Ukraine and Temur Rakhimov of Tajikistan.

World Championships bronze medallist Kayra Sayit of Turkey won her fourth Grand Prix title for Turkey with an impressive display in the women's heavyweight over-78kg category.

Sayit threw one-time Grand Prix winner Tessie Savelhouls of The Netherlands for a waza-ari score and will expect to break into the world's top 10 with the prospect of a home Grand Prix coming up next month in Antalya.

Bronze medals went to Cameroon's Mballa Atangana and Cheikh Rouhou of Tunisia.

Wagner was not the only judoka to earn a first Grand Prix gold on the night - Serbia's former world champion Nemanja Majdov also earned that distinction in the men's under-90kg class.

He beat Eduard Trippel of Germany in a closely fought final, scoring a waza-ari without reply.

Bronze medals went to Ukraine's Quedjau Nhabali and former Junior World Championships silver medallist Robert Florentino of the Dominican Republic, who dispatched France's Aurelien Diesse after 35 seconds by ippon to become his country's first male medallist on the IJF World Judo Tour.
