In their warm-up matches, they lost 1-0 to Jamaica and were beaten 3-0 by Venezuela.

The six-time Gold Cup winners will open their campaign on Tuesday (June 18) with a match against Guyana in Group D, while Panama will take on Trinidad and Tobago.

The tournament will open tomorrow with Canada facing Martinique in the opening match at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, followed by the second Group A match between Mexico and Cuba.

Costa Rica, one of three co-hosts, will be heavily fancied to top Group B, where they face Bermuda, Nicaragua and Haiti.

Jamaica will welcome Honduras, Curaçao and El Salvador for the opening Group C matches in Kingston, before the remaining matches take place in the United States.

Group matches will take place until June 26, with the top two in each progressing to the quarter-finals.

The quarter-finals will take place on Jun 29 and 30, respectively, before the semi-finals on July 2 and 3.

The final will be held at Soldier Field in Chicago on July 7, the same day as the FIFA Women’s World Cup final in France.

Bermuda and Guyana will both make their debuts at the Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Association Football.

The Gold Cup is CONCACAF's main event for its national teams and determines the continental champions every two years.

Matches will take place in Central America and in the Caribbean for the first time.

The majority of the competition will take place in the United States.
