China's Xu Feng Zou and Russia’s Alexander Logutenko both claimed their second gold medals as action continued today at the International Wheelchair and Amputee Sports Federation Wheelchair Fencing World Cup in Warsaw.

Zou followed up her women’s épée category A triumph yesterday by beating compatriot and Paralympic champion Rong Jing in the women's foil category A final at the Polish capital's Airport Hotel Okecie.

Logutenko, meanwhile, defeated Latvia’s Dmitrijs Valainis in the men's épée category C final, 24 hours after securing the men’s foil category C title.

China’s Gu Haiyan and Hong Kong’s Yu Chui Yee were the women's foil category A bronze medallists.

Rounding off the men's épée category C podium were Russia’s Dmitry Belyaev and Ukraine’s Serhii Shavkun.

There was more Russian success in the men's foil category A as Roman Fedyaev overcame Paralympic champion Ye Ruyi of China in the final.

The bronze medals went to China’s Sun Gang and Russia’s Artur Yusupov.

In the men's foil category B, world champion Dimitri Coutya of Britain came out on top ahead of China’s Hu Daoliang.

Paralympic champion Feng Yanke of China and France’s Maxime Valet were the bronze medallists.

Today's one other winner was Paralympic champion Beatrice Vio of Italy in the women's foil category B.

China’s Zhou Jingjing had to settle for second place, as she did at Rio 2016, with compatriot Xiao Rong and Russia's Irina Mishurova sharing third spot.

Action is due to continue tomorrow.
