More than 150 taekwondo athletes took part in the International Taekwondo Summer Camp ©World Taekwondo Europe

Youngsters were welcomed to an International Taekwondo Summer Camp in Estonia to help them become the next generation of taekwondo champions.

The camp brought together 150 athletes from 11 countries for training in both the kyorugi and poomsae disciplines.

Ukraine head coach Valerii Bruns put the kids, cadets, juniors and senior participants through their paces with Klaarika Siirak from Norway demonstrating the poomsae seminar.

At the end of the camp the group were given the chance to take part in the International Competition Kicksport Games.

Siirak took to social media to praise the summer camp.

In an Instagram post, she said: "The vacation time in Estonia is going to end soon. 

"I have had a fantastic possibility to meet Mihhail Kõlvart and Jung Younghun from the Estonian Taekwondo Federation.

"I had a fantastic session with Master Younghun for about three hours.

"It was a super start for the competition season."

Medals and certificates of participation were given everyone who took part in the camp.
