Trinidad and Tobago secured their second successive victory in the Caribbean qualifiers for the Confederation of North America, Central America and the Caribbean (CONCACAF) Women's Olympic Qualifying Championship.

Playing host to Group A, Trinidad and Tobago thrashed Antigua and Barbuda 5-0 at the Ato Boldon Stadium in Couva.

They now top the group with six points from two games. 

Dominican Republic are second with four points, having triumphed 2-0 against Aruba. 

Competition in the group continues on Friday (October 4) with Aruba's match against St Kitts and Nevis and Antigua and Barbuda's clash against Dominican Republic. 

The remaining fixture saw Saint Lucia record a 4-1 victory over the US Virgin Islands. 

Jamaica meet Barbados and Cuba play the US Virgin Islands on Friday. 

Action in Group C is scheduled to begin tomorrow with a game between Haiti and Suriname, taking place in Puerto Rico.

The competition was moved from Haiti to Puerto Rico earlier this week following political instability on the island. 

The new hosts, Dominica and Grenada, also feature in Group C. 

Each group winner will progress to CONCACAF's Women's Olympic Qualifying Championship, with the dates and location for the finals still to be confirmed.

Canada, Mexico and the United States have already qualified for the finals.
