Members of England's women's rugby team met with British Airways staff to celebrate International Women's Day.
Staff from the British Airways female mentoring programme met with Amy Cokayne, Sarah McKenna and Zoe Aldcroft from the England team.
They discussed their careers and how they overcame challenges to reach their current role.
The women also discussed the importance of positive role models and shared guidance and advice with each other.
The event was organised to celebrate International Women's Day, which falls on March 8.
British Airways is England Rugby's official airline partner and principal partner of Twickenham Stadium.
England are currently competing in the women's Six Nations and have triumphed in all three of their matches so far.
Cokayne, McKenna and Aldcroft are all in the England starting 15 to face Wales today.
