The United States Association of Blind Athletes (USABA) has launched a series of exercise videos that people can do at home during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

The videos are part of a series called "Staying Fit While Staying Put", and all feature members of the United States Paralympic team, demonstrating exercises that can be done at home.

Episode one features judoka Ricky Ties while episode two features core exercises with paratriathlete Kyle Coon.

The third episode features a tabata workout with three members of the United States women's goalball team - Eliana Mason, Lisa Czechowski and Amanda Dennis.

The latest episode, number four, features a strength workout with two-time Paralympic Games gold medallist Tyler Merren from the USA men's goalball team.

USABA are reminding participants to go at their own pace and to tailor exercises to their own fitness levels.

The Staying Fit While Staying Put video series is available on the United States Association of Blind Athletes Facebook page.
