The International Floorball Federation has laid out their first draft of their new strategy ©IFF

The International Floorball Federation's (IFF) Strategy Task Force (STF) has confirmed the first draft of the sport's blueprint for 2021 to 2032.

The group held their fourth meeting on April 1 as a conference call, and discussed the different parts of the IFF's strategy.

Members of the IFF Central Board will now receive the document to approve, and will then send it to the IFF Member Associations, IFF Committees and other stakeholders.

Helén Wiklund Wårell, an IFF STF member, said: "During the meeting, we took another step forward in the process and we now have all the necessary parts included.

"The IFF Strategy Task Force think that it is important to listen to the members and other stakeholders when preparing the IFF Strategy 2021-2032 and therefore we hope that all our stakeholders will actively take part in the process and share their opinions on the draft version that will be sent out at the end of April or latest beginning of May."

Going forward, the strategy will aim to develop the sport internationally, nationally and locally.

The final strategy document will be prepared by the IFF Central Board in September, for the IFF General Assembly.
