The National Olympic Committee (NOC) of the Republic of Kazakhstan has helped to launch a joint education project to promote a healthy lifestyle among schoolchildren in the country.

Partnering with web portal Kundelik.kz, the Kazakhstan NOC has created the "Olympic Lesson" project to encourage schoolchildren to lead active lives.

It offers them physical education video lessons from six famous Kazakhstan athletes, who have also shared their training regimes.

The lessons have been made available on the educational platform Kundelik.kz and on the YouTube channel of the Kazakhstan NOC.

The Kazakhstan NOC has claimed the initiative has received a positive response and has spread to all regions of the nation.
