Ukraine ended the World Shooting Para Sport World Cup in Al Ain in the United Arab Emirates with another victory, finishing the week-long competition with five gold medals.

Anastasiia Telizhenko led a one-two finish in the R5 mixed 10-metre air rifle prone SH2, finishing with a total of 253.8 ahead of her team-mate Vitalii Plakushchyi, who was only 0.8 points behind.

Plakushchyi held off Turkey's Hakan Cevik by just 0.1 to win the silver, before marginally closing the gap to Telizhenko in the final round of shooting.

It could have been an all-Ukraine podium, but Vasyl Kovalchuk finished 0.3 behind Cevik and was eliminated in fourth.

Finally, in the R6 mixed 50m rifle prone SH1, Spain's Juan Antonio Saavedra Reinaldo won in a close final round with the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Abdulla Sultan Alaryani.

Reinaldo won gold with a total of 245.4 to Alaryani's 244.9.

India's Sidhartha Babu won the bronze medal ahead of the UAE's Obaid Aldahmani.

In the medal table, Ukraine finished top with five golds, five silvers and one bronze medal.

The UAE were second with three golds and two silvers, while India were third with two golds, one silver and four bronzes.
