Swiss Paralympic has extended its major commercial partnerships to ensure its athletes are supported following the country's best summer performance since Sydney 2000.

BRACK.CH has lengthened its contract as a gold team sponsor for another year while REYL Bank and CIE AG, WAMS AG and Rickli + WySS AG have all signed on for a further 12 months.

"The will, the energy and the sacrifices that Swiss Para-athletes make in order to achieve their goals and dreams are a source of inspiration," said Nicolas Duchêne, deputy chief executive of REYL Bank.

"With our support, we are reaffirming our commitment to Para-sport and hope to inspire others to follow in their footsteps."

BRACK.CH has been a sponsor of Swiss Paralympic for a year and equips the ski team as a gold team member.

The company wants to promote skiing within the country, specifically among youth.

"The performances of the Para-athletes, as we have just seen in Tokyo, are great and also motivating and inspiring for us as a company," said said Roman Berther, head of sponsoring at BRACK.CH.

"True to the motto BRACK.CH DELIVERS support, we not only offer perspectives for the next generation, but together with the Swiss Paralympic we also enable top performance at the highest international level."

Switzerland won seven gold medals at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games with all of them coming in athletics.

The team also won four silver and three bronze medals in Japan.

Beijing 2022 is set to be Switzerland's 12th consecutive Winter Paralympics appearance as the country has attended every edition since 1976.
