Ren Zewei won the men's 1,500m, a fair distance in front of the rest of the chasing pack in a time of 2min 20.352sec.

Dutch skater Sjinkie Knegt took the silver medal and his first since 2018, while Park Jang-hyuk of South Korea claimed the bronze, in front of Hungarian Shaolin Sandor Liu and Canada's Steven Dubois.

This was later followed by a victory for Wu Dajing in the men's 500m in a time of 39.878sec.

Dubois would claim a medal this time in second in front of Konstantin Ivliev of Russia in third, with the final seeing a tangle that put the World Cup leader Liu of Hungary right at the back in fourth.

World Cup leader Lee Yu-bin of South Korea added another victory to her tally in the women's 1,500 metres to start off the night of finals - crossing the line in 2:21.931.

The top six were separated by just two tenths of a second, but it was Courtney Sarault of Canada who took the silver in 2:22.043, a couple of hundredths in front of The Netherlands' Suzanne Schulting.

Kristen Santos of the United States was fourth, followed by Lee's compatriots Seo Whimin and Choi Min-jeong and Italian Arianna Fontana.

Finally in the women's 500m, Kim Boutin stopped World Cup leader in the event Fontana from taking the gold, with the Canadian standing top of the podium after crossing the line in 42.464.

Fontana took silver in front of Elena Seregina of Russia in a photo finish, while Schulting - similarly to Liu - was caught in a collision and could only finish fourth.

Tomorrow is the final day of action in Dordrecht, with five finals scheduled.
