NASR Esports earned victory in the third event of the Global Esports Tour (GET) in Dubai after an unbeaten run.

The United Arab Emirates-based team impressed in their home event of the series.

A total of 30 teams contested the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive competition.

NASR Esports advanced to the semi-final stage of the competition unbeaten, where they met Doomsday in a best-of-three contest.

A 2-0 victory saw NASR Esports progress to the final.

The final was held in a best-of-five format, with Triple 6 providing the opposition.

NASR Esports proved too strong for their opponents by recording a 3-0 victory to claim the Dubai title.

The tournament winners received $8,000 (£6,000/€7,000) in prize money.

Triple 6 earned $4,000 (£3,000/€3,500) as runners-up, with Doomsday and Level E-sports earning $1,500 (£1,100/€1,300) for reaching the semi-finals.

NASR Esports were also assured of a place in next year’s GET Dubai event.

The competition will take place in March and will offer a prize pool of $250,000 (£190,000/€220,000).

The Dubai event was the third and final leg of the Global Esports Federation (GEF) GET, which also saw stops in Los Angeles and Riyadh.

The GEF is now turning its attention to the inaugural Global Esports Games, which is scheduled to take place in Singapore from December 17 to 19.
