Bollywood stars Ranveer Singh and Disha Patani were among the guests at the International Hockey Federation (FIH) Hockey Men's World Cup Trophy Celebrations tonight, taking place at the Barabati Stadium in Odisha, two days before the tournament starts.

They were among the crowd in the 40,000-seater stadium, who got to see K-Pop band Blackswan perform, who had singles hits such as Style and Just Go.

Shreya Lenka, who hails from Odisha is in the band, making her India's first K-Pop star.

Popular Indian musician and composer Pritam, who created the official anthem of the 2023 World Cup, Hockey Hai Dil Mera, also took to the stage along with 11 singers to sing the anthem.

Bollywood singers Benny Dayal and Neeti Mohan performed too, as did Odisha dancing and choreography great Guru Aruna Mohanty.

Singh is one of the most-recognised and highest-paid Indian actors, while Patani was ranked 43rd in Forbes India's Celebrity 100 list.

Patani has the 14th most Instagram followers out of anyone in India, with Singh being 22nd in the country.
