Japan sit in second place with 2,897 points, cementing their spot courtesy of a 6-0 win over China in the World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) Women’s Softball Asia Cup.

Chinese Taipei are in third place in the standings on 2,657 points, keeping their place thanks to a win in the bronze-medal match at the WBSC Women’s Softball Asia Cup over the Philippines.
