Beginning this spring, all USA Men's and Women's teams will wear Burrda Sport during official competitions, training sessions and travel.
The partnership includes apparel for players, coaches and training staff – with plans for lifestyle line, shoes and handballs in the years to come.
The initial partnership includes a significant cash sponsorship by Burrda Sport and thousands of articles of merchandise.
A representative from Burrda Sport will also join the USATH Board of directors.
Burrda Sport first became a global player in sports with its sponsorship of the Qatar Football Association more than four years ago.
A dozen football partnerships followed including the Royal Belgian Football Association, Premier League Wolverhampton Wanderers and Championship clubs Watford and Leicester City.
Egypt and Great Britain are the two highest-profile handball federation partnerships; while Northampton Saints and Llanelli Scarlets are two of many club partners from European rugby.
"We're pleased to support the foundation of American handball," said Pilatus Sports Management SA general manager Charles Diab.
"To make a brand relevant in the global fashion industry, you need to be in the USA."
Burrda, which means "fabric" in Arabic, features a trademarked "wave" that will be integrated into all of its uniforms across the globe.
The US uniforms will feature red, white and blue with the USATH logo on the left chest and the Burrda Sport wave below the collar and will be worn by the team at this year's Pan American Games in Guadalajara, Mexico.
