Britain's Murray and Burke selected for next two modern pentathlon World Cups

Samantha Murray_head_and_shouldersMarch 25 - Britain's Samantha Murray (pictured), who impressed with sixth place in the first modern pentathlon World Cup of the year in Charlottehas been selected for both of the final two World Cups of the year in Hungary and Russia along with Katy Burke (pictured below), who will be making her debut in this season's event after recovering from injury.








Cooke's World Junior Championship quest goes swimmingly

jamie cooke_21-11-11November 20 - Jamie Cooke (pictured) became world junior modern pentathlon champion today in Buenos Aires, taking Britain's medal tally to three following the individual bronze won by Freyja Prentice yesterday, when the women's team of Prentice, Kate French and Lydia Rosling also won gold.
