Cuba Domadores and Colombia Heroicos, who both hold 100 per cent records in Group A of the World Series of Boxing (WSB), are set to meet in an explosive match tomorrow.

There are only four unbeaten teams remaining in the competition with the Cubans, the defending champions, and Colombians both collecting wins over fellow group stage rivals Argentina Condors and Caciques Venezuela so far.

Erislandy Savón, who won bronze in the heavyweight category at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, will be representing the Cubans against Deivis Julio Blanco in the night's final encounter at the Coliseo de combate Bernardo Caraballo in Cartagena.

Arlen Lopez, another Cuban, is also in action with the 24-year-old, who won gold in the middleweight category at Rio 2016, is set to take on Jorge Vivas Palacios in the penultimate bout.

Cuba's Joahnys Argilagos, the Rio 2016 light flyweight bronze medallist, is also set to compete against Yurberjen Martinez Rivas.

Argilagos, who has also won World Amateur Championships gold in Doha in 2015, currently sits fourth in the competition's individual rankings with five points from his one victory from one contest so far.

Argentina Condors and Caciques Venezuela are also set to meet tomorrow with both teams aiming to win their first WSB match of the season at the Domo José María Vargas.

There are also two Group C matches taking place on Saturday (March 4).

Astana Arlans Kazakhstan, who have won both of their two group stage matches so far, will meet China Dragons in Atyrau at the city's Culture and Wellness Centre.

Also in Group C, the Uzbek Tigers are due to meet the Patriot Boxing Team at the Universal Sport Complex in Tashkent.

Hasanboy Dusmatov, the Rio 2016 light flyweight gold medallist, is set to represent Uzbekistan against Bator Sagaluev.

This round of matches will see the first set of fixtures in both Groups A and C conclude.

Group B will play their third matches of the group phase next week.

Teams will then face each other in the reverse of the fixtures so far with the top teams going through to the play-off stages.
