After scoring all four goals in Germany’s opening-match demolition of England on Friday (June 3), Kuster was at it again as she bagged another four to seal the title in emphatic fashion at the Delfino Training Centre in Pescara in Italy.

England faced a huge task of overturning the four-goal deficit and any hopes of a comeback were dashed when Kuster struck twice inside the opening 10 minutes.

Trailing 2-0 at half-time, England would have been desperate to get on the scoresheet but fell further behind.

Kuster completed her hat-trick with five minutes to go when she calmly slopped home after moving clear of England’s defence before quickly adding a fourth with a superb solo-effort.

After a small break, the men’s tournament, which will include ten teams, is scheduled to commence on June 10 and run until June 17.
