Film_makersDecember 10 - Winners of the Film Nation: Shorts competition who will have their work screened to millions at iconic London 2012 Games venues have been announced.

Young film makers from all over Britain took up the challenge to produce short video works to celebrate Olympic and Paralympic values.

The winners received their awards at a special ceremony at Millennium Point in Birmingham hosted by actor Simon Bird and sports TV presenter Kirsty Gallacher.

Their prizes were presented by stars from the worlds of film, TV and sport including Kelly Sotherton, Sharon Davies and James and Oliver Phelps, the Weasley twins from the Harry Potter films.
