Maren Lundby from Norway was strong in training for the women's competition, having achieved back-to-back wins at the season-opener in  Lillehammer.

Slovenia may enjoy success through Ema Klinec and Nika Križnar, who could both threaten Lundby.

Home hopes lie with Katharina Althaus, silver medallist at Pyeongchang 2018.

The women's individual competition is scheduled to begin tomorrow, preceeding the men's team event.

The men's individual contest is then due to conclude proceedings on Sunday (December 15).
