The International Swimming Federation (FINA) have rearranged events following the first meeting of the newly-created taskforce due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

The men's Water Polo Olympic Qualification Tournament, set to take place at the end of March, will now be contested from May 31 to June 7 in Rotterdam in The Netherlands, now following the women's event that will take place from May 17 to 24.

It is not the only water polo event to have a delay with Water Polo World League Men and Women moving to later in the year too.

The Artistic Swimming World Series competitions in Alexandroupolis in Greece and Suzhou in China, both scheduled for April, have been cancelled.

Other Olympic qualifying events like the Diving World Cup in Tokyo and the Artistic Swimming Olympic Qualifying Event are yet to be decided on by the taskforce.
