Serbian side Ub have beaten Vienna from Austria to claim their first-ever International Basketball Federation (FIBA) 3x3 World Tour title in the championship match in Abu Dhabi.

Ub have been the dominant force on this season's World Tour, winning the first four Masters events.

Olympic bronze medallist Dejan Majstorović was joined by fellow world champions Marko Branković and Strahinja Stojačić on a star-studded Ub team at Etihad Arena, which was completed by Nemanja Barać.

Branković led the way for Ub, being named best player of the Abu Dhabi final, aided by six points in a 21-18 victory over Vienna in the decider.

Top seeds Ub began the tournament with a 21-18 victory over Princeton of the United States and following it was a 21-12 triumph against Mongolia's Ulaanbaatar to top Pool A.

A comfortable 22-16 victory against Swiss side Lausanne followed in the quarter-finals, and then a 21-14 triumph against Amsterdam from The Netherlands.

Vienna led the way in Pool B with 21-15 and 22-11 victories over the defending champions Liman of Serbia and Omaha of the US respectively, then saw off a well-fancied Riga side from Latvia 21-17 and Belgium's Antwerp 20-15.

Amsterdam placed third in Abu Dhabi, with Antwerp ranked fourth.
