It consists of the President, Grand Master Paul Weiler, the Senior Vice President, Grand Master Clint Norman, the Vice President, Master Annick Van Driessche, and the Treasurer, Master Leonardo Oros Duek. Since the elections in Finland in September 2023, the Executive Committee and the Secretary General, Master Tadeusz Loboda, have been meeting every Monday evening for about one and a half to two hours.

About six months later, on 4-5 March 2024, the Executive Committee, together with the General Secretary and the ITF legal adviser Efraim Barak, held an intensive two-day, face-to-face workshop in Warsaw, Poland. The Committee met for two days to discuss, initiate and take forward current issues. It also looked at the next stage of ITF policy and the next steps for the future of the ITF. The ITF European Championships will be held in Lublin, Poland, in April.
